Article 2 – Access to the site

All applications must be accompanied by a photocopy of a signed and valid identity document and must mention the address the publisher can use to contact the applicant. A reply will be sent out within a month of receiving the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the application and/or the number of applications requires it.
